Dear patient,
You decided in favour of a treatment in one of the facilities of the Catholic St. Lukas Society. To arrange your stay according to your needs, we offer you the three Medical Packages mentioned below for selecting.
LUKAS Economy
- Treatment by medical consultant / assistent medical director
- Accomodation in a double room
- Organization and planning therapy
- Visa, letter of invitation and cost estimate
- Airport transfer (Dortmund - Düsseldorf)
- Welcome Package (bathrobe, terry towelling set, personal hygiene set, fruit basket)
- Accompanied by an interpreter for three hours on the admission day
LUKAS Comfort
Services of the Economy Package
PLUS:
- Treatment by the head physician (price included in the medical offer)
- Accomodation in a single room
- Accompaniament by an interpreter to all medical appointments
- Extended menu selection, Halal, salads, steaks etc.
- Daily english newspaper
- Mini bar, including soft drinks
- Entertainment options (Blu Ray/Sky/WiFi)
- Serviced rooms, VIP lounge access
LUKAS Premium
Services of the Comfort Package
PLUS:
- Treatment by the head physician plus medical consultant that can be contacted 24 hours a day (price included in the medical offer)
- VIP reception at all German airports
- Airport transfer pick up and drop off in a private limousine with chauffeur
- Accommodation in a VIP room
- Separate single rooms for a maximum of 2 accompanying persons
- Separate area for eating and staying
- 24-hours availability of service and interpreter
- Daily preparation of the menu à la Carte
- Daily international print media
- Free use of the video– and conference room
- Free use of the limousine service
- Daily schedule for accompanying persons (e.g. shopping / sightseeing)
Optional Services (prices on request)
- Transfer to Frankfurt airport

In advance we would like to ask you to decide in favour of one of the aforementioned packages with the agreement to the cost estimate. In case of you not doing so, you will be automatically allocated the Economy Package. An on site upgrade is only possible on request and only if available.
